1 bag frozen okra

2 cans stewed tomatoes (hand crushed)

2 links andouille sausage

1 onion diced big

¼ cup water or stock

As much garlic as you want

1 tsp of gumbo file

Season with old bay or your favorite Cajun seasoning..

6 min HP

NPR 5 min then QPR

Serve with rice
