  • 300 g granulated sugar (1 ½ cups)

  • 225 g all-purpose flour
  • 45 g corn flour
  • 65 g freeze-dried corn powder*
  • 3 g baking powder (¾ tsp)
  • 1.5 g baking soda (¼ tsp)
  • 6 g kosher salt (1 ½ tsp)
