Instant Pot Bacon Cheeseburger Soup
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ lb hamburger (browned)
  • 2c chopped carrots
  • 3 to 4 c cubed potatoes
  • 6 to 7 c beef broth
  • 1 to 2c chopped onion (browned with burger)
  • 2tsp parsley
  • 1tsp pepper
  • 1tsp salt
  • 6 to 8 strips crispy bacon chopped
  •  
  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 3c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1c milk mixed with ¼c flour
Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients except for cream cheese, cheddar & milk in Instant Pot.
  2. Cook 15 min on soup setting, Quick Release.
  3. Add cream cheese, cheddar, milk & flour mixture.
  4. Turn pot to simmer until cheese is melted and soup has thickened.
