Ingredients
- subheading: RECIPES (2 servings each 390cal/28P/25C/21F):
- 2 blocks (400g) firm tofu
- 2 Tbsp starch
- salt and pepper to taste
- subheading: Sauce:
- 1 scallion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tsp minced ginger
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
- 1 Tsp Chili flakes
- 4 Tbsp water
- subheading: For frying:
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 scallion
- 1 small bell pepper
- SLIGHTLY PRESS the tofu, tear it into chunks und dust with starch, salt and pepper/BAKE at 180Celsius/360Fahrenheit for 20mins/MIX UP the sauce and fry the scallion and bell pepper/ADD the tofu and the sauce and heat it up for 3 to 5mins
