Ingredients

  • 2 blocks (400g) firm tofu
  • 2 Tbsp starch
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tsp minced ginger
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • 1 Tsp Chili flakes
  • 4 Tbsp water
  • subheading: For frying:
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 small bell pepper
  • SLIGHTLY PRESS the tofu, tear it into chunks und dust with starch, salt and pepper/BAKE at 180Celsius/360Fahrenheit for 20mins/MIX UP the sauce and fry the scallion and bell pepper/ADD the tofu and the sauce and heat it up for 3 to 5mins
