  • 6 Lebanese cucumbers
  • 2 tbsp Remano extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh dill
  • 1 pomegranate, deseeded
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 fennel bulb, sliced

  • 2 limes, cut into wedges
  • Pinch dill, chopped, to serve
