Ingredients
  • ½ pound ground Italian sausage (check for gluten free, if necessary)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large white onion, chopped
  • 2 to 3 cloves of garlic, minced (I actually use 4 to 6)
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • 1 pound frozen artichoke hearts (I get mine at our local Trader Joe's)
  • fresh ground pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste
