Aunt Ruth’s Coconut Custard Pie
Coconut Custard Pie
Ingredients
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg
  • 4 cups Whole Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 can Coconut
Steps
  1. Beat eggs slightly.
  2. Beat in remaining ingredients
  3. Add to scalded milk
  4. Pour into pie shell
  5. Sprinkle coconut on top
  6. Bake 425 for 30 to 35 minutes on the lowest rack.
