High Protein Korean Beef Fried Rice
Ingredients
  • 750g Lean Beef Mince (I use topside beef one of the leanest cuts)
  • 80g Low Sodium Soy Sauce (You can mix light and dark soy sauce with water)
  • 25g Honey
  • 4 to 5 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 30g Gochujang (Brand: Huaypo)
  • 10ml Sesame Oil
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Green Onion
  • subheading: For the Fried Rice:
  • 10ml Olive Oil (for cooking)
  • 1 Medium Onion chopped
  • 1 Carrot Grated
  • 3 to 4 Whole Eggs (can use egg whites)
  • 500g Cooked White Rice
  • ½ of the Sauce
  • Green Onion

  • 50g Light Mayo
  • 20g Gochujang
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 10g Rice Vinegar
