  • 1 c sour cream
  • ¼ c heavy cream
  • ¼ c white vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Stir it up. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time till desired thickness.
  • Pepper to taste
