Spicy Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients
  • 2 tbs white wine
  • 2  tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs ginger
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • ½ pound sirloin
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbs vegetable oil
  • 4 cups broccoli
Steps
  1. To prepare the marinade, in a gallon sized ziploc combine wine soy sauce ginger garlic sesame oil and red pepper. add beef.
  2. drain marinade into cup add enough water to make ⅓ cup. add cornstarch. mix
  3. heat pan add vegetable oil and beef cook until it losses red color. transfer to plate. reduce heat add broccoli cook 3 minutes then cover and steam 1 minute. return beef to pan add marinade increase heat and cook until sauce thickens 2 to 3 minutes
