Stuffed cHICKEN WRAPPED IN PARMA HAM

I'm just wondering if this would work in the instant pot I actually don't see why not I make this many times the conventional way I take a chicken breast butterfly it lay it on some strips of pancetta or streaky bacon then I mix butter garlic and thyme and put some in the chicken like in a line then I carefully wrap it all up saute it and then I put it in the oven I suppose after you saute it wrap some foil around it and cook it in the instant pot on manual for 15 mins npr
