  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • ½ cup vodka
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (more or less according to the taste)
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh basil
