  • 1 yellow onion diced (about 1 cup)
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce sub gluten-free for GF preparation
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 ½ lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
