Eggroll in a Bowl
Ingredients
  • A bag of angel hair coleslaw mix
  • 1 lb. shrimp (or 1 lb. sausage - not maple)
  • 1 T. fresh garlic (more! pretty bland with shrimp)
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger (more!)
  • 1 T. onion powder (more!)
  • 1 tsp. white pepper
  • 2 T. sesame oil
  • ΒΌ cup soy sauce, or more if you prefer
  • Cashews (optional)
  • Siracha (optional)
  • Pair with cooked rice (optional)
Steps
  1. Fry up the shrimp (or sausage) adding whatever spices you want (more garlic/ginger?). If shrimp, dice into bite-size pieces.
  2. After draining any excess fat, add the sesame oil, slaw mix, and your dry seasonings.
  3. When it cooks down to your liking, add the soy sauce, cashews and any siracha. Serve it over rice or eat it without
