  • 1 red capsicum bell pepper, cut into cubes

  • Juice of ¼ lemon

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper

  • 60 grams feta cheese smooth or Greek (2 oz.)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
