Vegan Gluten-Free Sourdough Pancakes
Ingredients
  • 1 cups gluten-free all purpose flour
  • ½ (148g) cup gluten-free sourdough starter
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • 1 cups almond milk (or any nondairy milk)
  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp flaxmeal
  • ¼ cup vegan cashew yogurt (if nut-free, use coconut yogurt or soy yogurt)
  • ¼ tsp bicarb soda
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for skillet or use a cooking spray)
