Kung Pao Chicken (宮保雞丁)

  • Chicken Marinade
  • 0.50tsp salt
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 1tbsp Kikkoman® Oyster Sauce
  • 1tbsp Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
  • 0.50tsp Kikkoman® Tamari Soy Sauce
  • 1tbsp cooking wine (Shaoxing or other)
  • 0.50tsp white pepper
  • 1tbsp cornstarch
  • 1tbsp water
  • Stir-fry Sauce
  • 0.50tsp salt
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 1tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1tbsp Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
  • 0.50tsp Kikkoman® Tamari Soy Sauce
  • 1tbsp cooking wine
  • 1tbsp ground bean sauce
  • 1tbsp chili sauce
  • Cornstarch Slurry
  • 0.50tbsp cornstarch
  • 2tbsp water
  • Seasonings
  • 0.50tsp salt (for blanching vegetables)
  • 1tbsp Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
