Easy 5-Minute Carrot Miso Ginger Dressing
Ingredients
  • ½ Cup White Miso
  • ¼ Cup Avocado Oil
  • ½ Cup Grated Carrots packed - though I always add more
  • 2 Tablespoons Ginger grated
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Maple Syrup or Honey
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • ½ Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds these are optional but highly recommended
