Ingredients

- 3 tomatillos, husked and rinsed
- ⅓ cup fresh cilantro leaves and stems
- ¼ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt (sub mayonnaise)
- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ fresh jalapeno, seeds and ribs removed
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. each salt and black pepper
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. ground cumin
