  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅔ cup plant-based milk, (such as oat or soy) plus more for brushing
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen peas
