June Burbach's Potatoes
Ingredients
  • 2 Bags of simply potatoes shredded hashbrowns
  • 1 pin heavy cream
  • 1 pint half and half
  • Lawyry's Seasoning Salt
  • ¾ stick of butter, cut into slices
  • 1 Bag Real Bacon Pieces
  • Extra chicken broth or milk to thin when reheating.
Steps
  1. Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray
  2. Put in potatoes
  3. put on butter slices
  4. sprinkle Lawry's
  5. Put on bacon pieces
  6. Pour on heavy cream
  7. Pour on half and half
  8. Bake uncovered at 350 for one hour
