Sheet Pan Chicken and Asparagus
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. chicken breasts pounded to 1-inch thick, cut into 4-oz. portions

  • 2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 3 garlic cloves finely minced

  • 1 tsp. salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. asparagus ends trimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces*
  • 1 lb. red potatoes cut into thin wedges*
