Tasty oil-free hummus from Whole Food Plant Based Cooking Show. I add a Tbsp of Sambal Oelek to give it a little zip.
Ingredients
  • 2 cans unsalted chickpeas
  • liquid from one of the cans of chickpeas
  • ½ cup unsalted cashews (optional)
  • 2 to 5 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Braggs liquid amino acids
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • a little less than ¼ cup tahini
  • a Tbsp of Sambal Oelek (optional)
