Purple Pineapple Cake

Ingredients
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple (not drained)
  • 1 Tbsp butter melted
  • 12 oz blueberries
  • ¾ cup sugar (or Splenda)
  • 1 Yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick butter melted
Steps
  1. Layer but do not mix.
  2. Dump can of pineapples with juice in bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Spread evenly.
  3. Coat blueberries in 1 Tbsp melted butter then coat in the sugar. Spread blueberries and remaining sugar evenly on top of pineapple.
  4. Next evenly sprinkle yellow cake mix over the blueberries.
  5. Take melted stick of butter and drizzle on top of cake mix.
  6. Bake 45 to 55 min at 350°
