BOOZY SHAMROCK SHAKE

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups vanilla ice cream (I used coconut milk ice cream)
  • ⅓ cup whole milk (I used full-fat coconut milk in a can)
  • 4 Tablespoons 101 proof peppermint schnapps
  • green gel food coloring
  • whipped cream (I used coconut whipped cream)
  • decorative sprinkles
Steps
  1. Allow ice cream to soften on the counter for 20 to 30 minutes.
  2. Place ice cream, milk, schnapps, and green coloring in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into one large glass or divide between 2 smaller glasses. Top with whipped cream and decorative sprinkles.
  5. Serve with a straw.
