Cheesy chicken Wellington

Just a stay-home-mom trying to make good food while adding my own flavor to recipes to make my picky eaters happy. :-)

½ cup cream cheese

½ cup cheddar

Garlic

Black pepper

1 chicken breast

Cured ham

Mix the ingredients. Butterfly the chicken breast. Season it with salt and pepper. Stuff it with the mixture. Roll it on 4 slices of cured ham. Brown it. Put it in a sheet of puff pastry. Egg wash the edges and cover with another sheet of pastry. Egg wash. Bake on 350 F for 25 minuets.
