Healthy 5 Ingredient Mayonnaise that is very quick & easy
Ingredients
  • 1 cup avocado oil (8 oz.) room temperature
  • 1 egg (Pasture raised or Omega 3) - room temperature
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mustard (dry or wet Dijon)
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar or - lemon juice - I use the acv

Steps

  2. ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (optional)
  3. ⅛ tsp granulated garlic
  4. One step method to make delicious homemade avocado oil mayonnaise in just 2 minutes!
  5. Add all ingredients to 16 oz wide mouth mason jar or any appropriate container. Blend with immersion blender from bottom up on high speed until all oil becomes mayo. That's it! You have delicious homemade mayonnaise!
