Maple Dijon Roasted Carrots
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Multi-Colored Carrots, rinsed, trimmed and peeled
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Dijonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 handful Chives, chopped
  • ¼ cup Pistachios, chopped
