Ingredients
- INGREDIENTS
- 10 ounces of ground pork
- 10 ounces of shrimp
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of Chinese cooking wine
- 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp of fish sauce
- ¼ tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of ginger, grated
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp of stock
- A drizzle of sesame oil
- ½ cup of diced scallion
- 60 to 70 pieces of wonton wrappers
Steps
- Rough chop the shrimp and add it to the pork
- subheading: Then add:
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce,
- 1 tbsp of Chinese cooking wine,
- 1 tbsp of oyster sauce,
- 1 tbsp of fish sauce
- ¼ tsp of salt,
- 1 tsp of sugar,
- 3 cloves of garlic,
- 1 tsp of grated ginger,
- 1 egg.
- 3 tbsp of the stock (if you have it)
- 2 tsp of sesame oil
- Add in ½ cup of diced scallion and mix it.
- Combine above ingredients well
- Take 1 piece of the wonton wrapper, put some filling in the middle - about 2 tsp.
Notes
- I use this recipe for pot stickers and wontons. That’s not the “authentic” way, but it’s what I like.
