  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced fresh chives
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 (8-count) tube flaky refrigerator biscuits
