  • 1 tablespoon Carrots shredded
  • 4 to 6 slivers Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ Apple thinly sliced
  • 4 to 6 slices Cucumber or pickles
  • ¼ Avocado sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Pepitas or other seeds
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil to drizzle
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
