Butterfinger Cheesecake
Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups Oreo crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp. salted butter, melted

  • 24 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. all purpose flour
  • ¾ cup sour cream, at room temperature
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 ½ cups chopped Butterfinger candy bars (about 12 fun sized bars)
  • subheading: For the chocolate ganache:
  • 6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • For the peanut butter whipped cream: **Instead just warm peanut butter and drizzle then add candy - add regular whipped cream when serving if desired
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
  • Chopped Butterfinger candy bars
