  • 2 pounds ground chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Fresh black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil (to taste, start with 1 and add more if desired)
  • ⅓ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon of water (see note)
  • Chopped scallions and sesame seeds for garnish
