Strawberry Noatmeal
Ingredients
  • 4 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vegan strawberry protein powder
  • 1 c. unsweetened coconut milk (not the can stuff)
Steps
  1. put ingredients except milk in a pint jar
  2. the night before, put milk in and stir
  3. this can also be done in the morning. it takes about 5 minutes to set up. If you like it very thick, set it up the night before.
  4. Hot water makes it more like oatmeal
