Salmon Salad Recipe with Avocado, Tomato, and Cucumber
Ingredients
  • 1 pound (500 g) skinless salmon fillets
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce leaves, washed and patted dry
  • 1 large cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon  salt
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste
