Easy Egg Cups with Zucchini and Cheese

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour (or cornmeal)
  • 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
