Smoked Paprika Paste
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup neutral oil
  • ¼ cup smoked paprika
Steps
  1. Heat oil over medium until warm and just beginning to ripple, about 3 minutes. Off heat, whisk in paprika until combined.
Notes
  • Store in fridge for up to a month; stir well before using.
  • Add vinegar for a dressing.
  • Add mayo for a dip.
  • Add butter for a sauce (cauliflower or popcorn, e.g.)
