Thai Style Deep Fried Whole Fish, It's Worth the Effort!

  • 2 green onions scallions, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon shaoxing Chinese cooking wine
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 3 tablespoons palm sugar syrup
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper ground
  • coriander cilantro to garnish
  • bean sprouts to garnish
