Ingredients
  • 1 ¼ cup oat flour (store bought is best for ultra fine texture OR VitaMix super fine)
  • 128 grams
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 20 grams
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (if using pecan butter, eliminate added oil)
  • 150 grams
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 100 grams
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract OR MORE!
  • 1 to 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
