Red Velvet Cupcakes

Cooking is my relaxation and my stress relief. It's also my job at a local school. We feed 40 kids a day so it allows me to make my own menu! Baking is my downfall. I plan to work on it this summer.

2 ½ cups flour

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup butter, softened

2 cups sugar

4 eggs

1 cup sour cream

½ cup milk
