  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Three 26 ½ oz boxes strained tomatoes
  • 1 cup dry red wine

  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground white pepper

  • 1 lb no-cook lasagna noodles
  • 2 ¼ cups finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 1 8 oz package part-skim low-moisture shredded mozzarella
