Oat Milk Recipe with Enzymes (New & Improved Method!)
Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats - certified gluten-free, if needed
  • 1 capsule vegan digestive enzymes - tap for recommendation: should contain amylase and glucoamylase. Amount is approx. ⅛ tsp powder.
  • 4 cups water
  • pinch of sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, optional - or clear artificial vanilla
  • subheading: Optional ingredients for richer oat milk:
  • 2 tablespoons flavorless oil - or ¼ cup raw cashews, blended into the finished milk
  • 1 teaspoon sunflower lecithin - helps emulsify oil and water
