Keto Lazy French Toast Loaf

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 3 Scoops (74g) Quest Multi-Purpose
- 4 TB Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 2 TB SF Caramel Pecan Syrup (or Flavor of Choice)
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- ¾ tsp cinnamon
- 8 drops liquid sucralose
Steps
- Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside. Preheat oven to 325
- Whisk Eggs and Almond milk until well blended and a little frothy (I use my Immersion Blender for a few seconds)
- Mix in Quest Powder, cinnamon, baking powder, sucralose
- Mix in SF Syrup of choice
- Pour into loaf pan
- Bake 20 minutes uncovered. Cool for about 2 minutes, slice and serve.
Notes
- Mix 1tsp granulated swerve or splenda with ¼ tsp cinnamon and sprinkle on loaf before baking.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and powdered swerve on loaf before serving
- Mix SF Syrup with PB2 powder for a yummy dipping sauce :D
