Keto Lazy French Toast Loaf

Ingredients
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 Scoops (74g) Quest Multi-Purpose
  • 4 TB Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2 TB SF Caramel Pecan Syrup (or Flavor of Choice)
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon
  • 8 drops liquid sucralose
Steps
  1. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Whisk Eggs and Almond milk until well blended and a little frothy (I use my Immersion Blender for a few seconds)
  3. Mix in Quest Powder, cinnamon, baking powder, sucralose
  4. Mix in SF Syrup of choice
  5. Pour into loaf pan
  6. Bake 20 minutes uncovered. Cool for about 2 minutes, slice and serve.
Notes
  • Mix 1tsp granulated swerve or splenda with ¼ tsp cinnamon and sprinkle on loaf before baking.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon and powdered swerve on loaf before serving
  • Mix SF Syrup with PB2 powder for a yummy dipping sauce :D
