Ingredients

- 300 gms S.R. Flour
- 150 gms caster sugar
- 125 mls vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 185 mls milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- RECIPE 2
- 400 mg S.R. Flour .
- 200 gms Caster sugar .
- 250 mls milk
- 170 mls oil
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 teaspoons bicarbonate soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Steps
- Mix gently to combine . Scoop in mixture until ⅓ full then put jam in then more mixture over top. I use muffin tins and cupcake cases inside them . 190C or gas Num ¾ for 25 to 30 min . Melt butter and brush the top of the cupcake, then cover it in caster sugar .
