Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Hamburger Helper
Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 medium-sized yellow or red onion, chopped
  • 1 lb lean ground beef, I use 90/10
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp sea salt, to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper, to taste
  • 1 15-oz. can full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 1 8-oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp gluten-free all-purpose flour, optional
  • 8 ounces gluten-free elbow noodles
