  • ½ tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • 1 pinch celery seed or fresh torn herbs (parsley, dill, basil, etc), optional
