  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon chili powder, like cayenne
  • 10 cups chopped mustard greens, baby spinach, or a combination of both, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 to 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts and chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
