Cabbage with Miso-Balsamico-Honey Dressing

I cook for myself and my boyfriend, and sometimes small family gatherings. I tend to improvise often but am trying to be more controlled and organized to get consistent results with recipes.

4 c savoy cabbage (or cabbage)

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic

1 Tbsp white miso

1 Tbsp honey

2 Tbsp balsamico vinegar

¼ tsp fennel seeds

1 Tbsp orange zest, grated

salt, to taste

pepper, to taste
