  • 250g LoFo Pantry Low FODMAP plain flour, plus extra for dusting

  • 3 large eggs
  • 55g golden caster sugar
  • 100g golden syrup
  • 50g unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ tsp sea salt, plus extra for sprinkling
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp bourbon whisky (optional)
  • subheading: For the maple cream:
  • 300ml Lactose free cream - whipped
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
