Stir Fry Eggplant Tofu

  • 1 Thai chili thinly sliced, optional if you want it spicy
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds optional for garnish
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced, optional for garnish

  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ¼ cup vegetable stock*
  • ½ tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
